The Feed Moved Sunday Night: Monday Is Now a Heavy-Rain Day at 80 Percent — and Election Day's Rain Chance Fell to 44
Two hours after the evening outlook, the station's live feed strengthened Monday to the heavy-rain code with the week's highest chance and cooled Tuesday to 79.7 under a shower code — a wetter start to the week, and a kinder Election Day, than the 19:27 numbers said.

Sunday night's newest read of the station's live feed rewrites the top of Orlando's week. Monday now carries code 65 — the feed's heavy-rain code — with a precipitation chance of 80 percent, the highest of the seven-day outlook, a high of just 77.1 and a low of 68.9. At the 19:27 read, Monday stood at a plain rain code and 75 percent; the update both raises the chance and strengthens the character of the rain. Sunday itself is closing at 71.2 degrees under an overcast code, at the end of a day whose precipitation chance reached 80 percent.
Election Day moved the other way. Tuesday now reads code 81 — showers rather than steady rain — with a precipitation chance of 44 percent, down from the 57 percent the 19:27 feed carried, and a cooler high of 79.7 against the earlier 82.1, with a low of 70.7. For voters, that is the difference between planning around rain and simply carrying an umbrella: showers at 44 percent interrupt a day at the polls; they do not own it. Wednesday keeps the week's thunderstorm code, now at 46 percent with a high of 85.7.
Behind the front, the week still lets go all at once, on numbers unchanged from the evening read: Thursday is the warmest day at 87.4 with a 10 percent chance, Friday runs 83.9 at 6 percent, and Saturday is clear at 81.3 with a low of 63.3, still the coolest night of the week. The planning order for Orlando is therefore simple and new: Monday is the day to protect — commutes, outdoor work and the last pre-election errands all run through heavy rain — and Tuesday, on the current feed, asks for flexibility rather than a rain plan.
