Orlando Sunday Afternoon Weather: Rain Chance Back Up to 66 Percent, Monday Cools to 77 and Election Day Carries a Thunderstorm Code (Orlando Watch News)

Sunday afternoon turned unsettled again in Orlando. The station's live feed read 80.8 degrees, feeling like 83, under an overcast code early in the afternoon, and Sunday's precipitation chance climbed back to 66 percent — the highest reading of the day — on the way to a high of 84.7 and a low of 70.7. Anyone with late-day plans outdoors should expect the rain chance to stay live through the afternoon.

Monday is the week's wettest and coolest day in the current outlook. The feed carries a rain code for Monday with the precipitation chance at 64 percent and the high falling to 77.7 degrees — nearly seven degrees below Sunday's high — with a low of 69.3. It is the last full day before Election Day, and campaigns working outdoor events will be planning around it.

Election Day itself has turned more active in the feed: Tuesday now carries a thunderstorm code with a high of 83.1, a low of 69.5 and a 37 percent precipitation chance. The rest of the week dries out and warms — Wednesday reaches 85 with a 39 percent chance, Thursday tops the week at 88.2 with the chance down to 12 percent, and Friday and Saturday run mostly dry in the mid-80s.
